I just finished my yoga class (yes, I started doing that) but during the session, the instructor said something really interesting. She said that you would be unable to do anything unless your core was strong and it was set.
I was thinking about how that relates to our lives- if our core isn’t strong, we can’t do anything. And I suppose everyone’s core is different, whatever keeps them centered
